As with many services, price and cost aren’t the same with tutoring: Price vs Cost.

For the SAT, I charge $1,800 for 6-hour packages (usually four sessions of 90 minutes each, but six 60-minute sessions is also fine), payable before the first session. For many students, this is sufficient to reach their goals. For some students, more sessions may be needed; we can discuss these details individually.

If a student cancels less than 24 hours in advance or is a no-show, I reserve the right (depending on circumstances) to charge for half of a session. If the tutorial seems that it has accomplished its goals and there are unused hours, they will be refunded to you in full. So far, this has never happened, but if it does, I’m a man of my word. :-)

For MCAT CARS and Psych/Soc, I charge $300/hour. Various packages are possible and can be tailored to your particular situation.

For a 30-minute consultation over Zoom, I charge $100. You can send me test results in advance (overall scores and a specific list of wrong answers on a practice SAT or MCAT CARS / MCAT Psych-Soc) and I will create a tailored analysis and action plan for you before the meeting.
